Options for paying your legal fee

When you have decided to retain The Smith Law Firm to represent you, please choose the most convenient of the three payment options below. Receipt of legal fee payment is confirmed by an email message from The Smith Law Firm to each client.

1. Credit Cards

A. Call our Office at 205-394-4252.
We accept all major credit cards through our merchant visa account. This is the fastest way to make a payment.
B. PayPal
We also accept all major credit cards through PayPal.com.  It is the fastest, safest way to make an online payment.  Your credit card number is not revealed. Click on the PayPal logo above.

C.  If you prefer, email a request that we send you an invoice through PayPal.com, which will make the payment process even more fast and easy for you.

2. Check or Money Order

Please mail a check or money order
through the U.S. Mail to:

*Keep in mind that Overnight Delivery, 2-Day Mail (without a signature required) and First Class is delivered the fastest.  When your mailing must be signed for to be received by me, then delivery of your payment is more slow.  This is only important when your case is a last minute situation.
